1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship all over India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order from the Tracking Page on our website.


4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available. We may verify COD orders over a phone call before shipping.


5. Is shipping free?

Yes, we offer free shipping on most orders. Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly shown at checkout.


6. Can I return a product?

Yes, we have a 7-day return policy. To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

  • A mandatory unboxing video is required

  • ₹199 will be charged as return shipping


7. What items are non-returnable?

We do not accept returns on:

  • Personal care items

  • Sale/discounted products

  • Gift cards
